We know… Sculpt is one of the hardest workouts to show up and execute on your own. Which is why we’ve called in for reinforcements. If you can just push play, you can lean on the rest of your Sweat Den 6am community to help carry you thru. We are switching up movement patterns this week in an effort to continue to build off of all the strength, stability and endurance that you have gained over the last two weeks. So, give yourself a little pep talk and JUST PUSH PLAY.
