We are back to a more traditional Sweat style format this week with an added focus on building upper body strength and muscle. This workout features 3 total blocks, the first two being 15 minutes in length. With the style of Sweat, focus on pacing your intensity, and keeping your quality of work high. We love this 5×3 format that feels like classic circuit training with that Sweat style flow added to it. We hope you have fun, and get the most out of this workout!
