We have provided two strength training programs to choose from to kick off your summer challenge.

1) Sweat Den Express (SDE) is a foundational strength program 2-3x per wk that is perfect for new members or someone just getting back into A strength training Routine.

2) Summer Sweat (SS) is an advanced strength training program 4x per wk that is perfect for long time members and or someone with 3+ years of training experience.

*choose one of the above to follow along while including the daily mobility flows and suggested Running protocol.
