BLD is our newest 12 week functional hypertrophy (building muscle and strength) focused program utilizing minimal equipment (dumbbells / bands). Phase I is a 4 week block intended to build muscle with an emphasis on the posterior chain, specifically the glutes and hamstrings.
BLD Phase II is a 4 week training cycle that places an emphasis on functional hypertrophy by utilizing progressive overload principles. This phase cycles back and forth between focusing on muscle building and gaining strength through an extremely organized, progressive, intentional approach.
BLD Phase III utilizes our new found strength established during our first 8 weeks of BLD, and begins to incorporate more challenging movement patterns, intensity, and variability. This phase is all about high energy, challenging, intentional workouts.
A 4 week foundational strength training cycle, utilizing 30 minute workouts , that are designed specifically for women looking to build muscle, burn fat, support healthy hormone production, and improve their metabolism.
All fitness levels welcome. Pregnancy friendly. Minimal equipment needed.
A 28 day program comprised of 16 thoughtfully programmed high energy workouts designed to build muscle, improve conditioning, and get lean.
