By combining my background of dance, Pilates + Barre, Strength + HIIT, I have thoughtfully curated each workout in this program to sculpt, strengthen and tone your entire body, from head to toe. As an expert in the fitness industry, I want to help bring my experience of working with women 1-on-1 and make it accessible and available to women everywhere. I want it to be an intimate & REAL experience where it feels like you are working out with your best friend (ME) in your living room or really anywhere in the world. Not only will you be working out with me personally, but you will be working out with the best virtual fitness community, according to @womenshealthmag ❤️

Ross and I were watching Winning Time on @hbomax last night and when he showed this example, we both looked at each other and just laughed. This is so accurate to owning a startup business. On the outside (or up top) you try to look graceful and calm… Floating along, like you know what you’re doing and pretending like you’ve got your shit figured out. But “behind the scenes” (or underneath) you’re paddling up a f*ckin’ storm, just trying to stay afloat. ⁣⁣⠀

Shoutout to ANYONE who can relate 👏🏼 To everyone out there that feel like you are swimming upstream, taking ALL the risks, wearing all the hats, working 7 days a week, making mistakes, winning & failing, all because of a dream or something you believe in… Just keep paddling.
