If the Ab Wheel just isn’t working for you, try Lying Leg Lowers instead. This is an INCREDIBLE exercise that targets the lower abdominals. Try to hold onto something heavy that doesn’t move: bottom of your couch, coffee table, heavy dumbbell, etc.

If you are pregnant or the core challenge is too intense, let’s do an upper body challenge instead. Let’s focus on triceps dips instead! Find a bench or step, something sturdy, to do your triceps dips off of!
