With an extra emphasis in building muscle along the posterior chain throughout BLD phase I, we are utilizing TEMPO 2X weekly. This workout starts with a banded glute activation, moves into a lower body focused tri-set, and finishes with an upper body super set, and isolated core finisher! Remember, slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
