Phase II of BLD starts out with a TEMPO workout for the books. The idea is to level up with your working weights. Think back to weeks 1 and 2 of BLD and look to increase your working weights from that time period. This workout is comprised of 4 blocks and utilizes heavy, medium, and light dumbbells to deliver an amazing workout within 35 minutes.
