Deload week is here. After 4 weeks of challenging work through Phase I of BLD, you have earned your rest. This week focus on completing your workouts with intention, utilizing manageable weights, and leaning into the restorative nature of the workouts. If at the end of the workout you feel challenged but like you could have done more work, you know the workout has been executed with the right amount of intensity.
