Our first Perform workout kicks off with the intention of establishing a conditioning baseline. This workout utilizes one DB and starts off with a challenging full body, unilateral super set, moves into a weighted conditioning block, and finishes with body weight Tabata and foundational core work. This a highly effective workout that support improved body composition and strength gains.
