Set your intentions, quiet the distractions (both internal and external) and then come prepared to WORK. You know we had to have the first SWEAT workout of GRIT start with a bang so here we go. This workout focuses on high volume (50 seconds of work) and controlled intensity (sustained effort), utilizing a lighter dumbbell so you can really focus on the quality of work in each exercise.
