We are doing things a little different today… In fact, when you push play, you are going to be walking into the den, finding your mat, putting your ankle weights on and jumping into an actual class. This is grit. Let yourself be all in and embrace this authentic experience. You will need gliders, a med – heavy resistance band, light dumbbells, ankle weights and a bench. We are using a “low box” for this flow. If you don’t have something similar, you are welcome to use a bench or just take it from the mat. Let this workout hit different.
