Slow is smooth and smooth is SCULPT. This flow is the perfect representation for week one because it’s all about slowing down and creating awareness between your body + mind. Just like all of the other modalities, we are really trying to build muscle and get stronger, even in sculpt. We will accomplish this by adding more exercises and giving the option to incorporate a light-medium dumbbell.
