Weeks 3 & 4 are all about action + accountability. We encourage you to tap into the energy that you created in weeks 1 & 2, take action to continue changing your behaviors and become fully accountable in continuing to show up, push thru the resistance and reach for your goals.
Now that we have established a really nice base over the last 2 weeks, your goal with Tempo is to continue to really focus on the quality of movement patterns, slowing it down and encouraging yourself to grab those heavier dumbbells, if it’s available. Good luck and have a great week.
