Full Body

This is my most favorite mobility flow yet. This is a full body flow designed to help us feel young and fresh. Feel free to push pause if you want / need to stay and any position longer. If you have the time, I would try to flow thru this seires 2x. You will be blown away by how much more opened up you will feel second time thru.

We are going to start incorporating a body pole, broom, Swiffer or any other type of tool that you can use to help with some shoulder mobility and getting deeper into specific stretches so grab something that you think work with before you begin.
