Slow Burn + Killer Core / This is a sneaky workout because rather than burning out the core at the beginning (trust me, we will definitely light it up) we will work the core throughout the entire flow. We will also be testing our balance and stability so you are welcome to use the back of a chair, or wall for extra support. I used 1 lb ankle weights to advance this workout but you are MORE than welcome to just use your own bodyweight.
