FLEX-WORTHY ZONE / This is one of my most favorite, upper body focused workouts. I first programmed this workout when I would train my #DenGrls who were getting married so we could sculpt and tone those WARMS… Wedding Arms! This workout is very sneaky… We use light dumbbells to sculpt the most beautifully toned upper body and leave you drenched in sweat. Overall, this is an incredible workout.
