Slow Burn + Killer Core: This flow is guaranteed to light your core on fire. We start with a core foucsed series to really ignite your core. We then move into a lower body flow where you have to use your core to help with balance and stability as well as focus on burning out the hips, butt and thighs. Just when you think you’re out of the woods with core work, we will have one final core finisher. I used 1 lb ankle weights to make this workout more advanced but you are MORE than welcome to just use your own bodyweight.
