Week 4 is here and the workouts keep getting better (IMO). The workout is comprised of two blocks, each 10 minutes long. Block one focuses on the posterior chain of the lower body, and block to emphasizes upper body pulling and core strength. The goal is continue to increase your intensity and ability to work at a higher intensity for the duration of the workout!
