Phase II of Express is here and we are so excited about these workouts. This full body flow progresses from all of the work we put in during phase I, and utilizes two dumbbells to work the posterior chain and core within an efficient 25 minute block. We are now transitioning to a focus of building muscle/strength by utilizing drop sets, isometric holds, quarter reps, etc.
