This workout is our anchor workout for weeks 3 and 4, and is intended to build muscle, and maintain total body strength. The workout utilizes a challenging set of medium and light DB’s to work the entire body via 4 different blocks totaling 24 minutes of total work. Remember, controlled intensity is the name of the game for this workout.
