Let’s kick off SCULPT with a bang with a Total Body Sculpt workout. This workout is exactly as it sounds… We will be sculpting our bodies from head to toe utilizing strength inspired, full body movements. This workout consists of a fun, dynamic warm-up, followed by two EMOM blocks consisting of one lower, one upper and one core focused movement and ends with a full body, tabata style finisher.

The goal of the workout is to pick a resistance band that is heavy enough to really burn fat, build lean muscle and increase strength but not too heavy where it starts to compromise your form.
