This is a killer, upper body focused workout that utilizes a medium resistance band to create the most beautiful, sculpted & toned, STRONG upper body. We start with an 80’s inspired, Denise Austin warm up to elevate the heart rate and activate the upper body. We then move into our biggest block which consists of 10 upper body focused exercises which we will work thru 3 rounds. We finish with an amazing, core focused flow which will wrap the entire workout up with a bow.
