If I had to pick my favorite format out of the entire series, it would be lower body sculpt. This is a humbling workout as almost the entire workout is done from a side lying or table top position. We will tap into those “behind the scenes” muscles to sculpt, tone and strengthen the lower body. This workout consists of 10 exercises total, 3 oblique exercises and 7 booty burner exercises. We will do the entire series on one side, take a quick break and repeat the entire series on the other.
