And just like that, you have made it to week two of SCULPT. Just like last week, we will start with a dynamic warm-up followed by two EMOM blocks consisting of one lower, one upper and one core focused movement and we will end with a full body, tabata style finisher. We will continue building off of the moves that we learned in week one so grab a heavy band and let’s sculpt.
