Let’s take a knee for our last week of Upper Body Sculpt, literally. This week, we will focus on unilateral (single sided) upper body work. Make sure you have enough cushion to really support your knees so you can focus strictly on the upper body. Just like weeks 1 & 2, we will finish the workout with an amazing, core focused flow which will be the cherry on top of the sundae.
