TEMPO / Week 2. Start the week out STRONG (STG/) with this full body, tempo focused flow. We built a strong foundation in week 1 so this week, we will continue to progress and build off of what we learned last week.
Tempo training is all about the rhythm in which you move through an exercise. The workout focuses on the posterior chain and core. Your goal with Tempo is to really focus on your time under tension + controlled intensity.
