TEMPO / We are hoppin’ into week 3 of STG/ with this full body, tempo focused flow. We will continue progressing the movements that we learned in weeks 1 and 2 through more complex movements, heavier weights, a quicker tempo and a bonus set in our EMOM circuit. As a reminder, tempo training is all about the rhythm in which you move through an exercise. The workout focuses on the posterior chain and core. Your goal with Tempo is to really focus on your time under tension + controlled intensity.
