BURN / This workout builds off of our BURN workout from Wk 2 by slowly increasing the complexity of each movement as well as adding an advancement to our “extra credit” finisher. As a reminder, this is an engine building + muscle endurance, STG/ foundation workout that focuses on high volume + high energy with an emphasis on controlled intensity and increasing complexity of movement patterns.
