This workout is all about focusing on classic movement patterns so that you can really start to push your weight and go just a little bit heavier than in weeks 1 & 2. The first block is focused on true strength and then the second block we start to shift more towards muscle building. This can be a very empowering workout if you are using a heavy enough set of dumbbells to really challenge both your physical body and mind. THIS is the workout that dictates how the rest of the week is gonna go so MAKE IT COUNT.
