FULL BODY FLOW / Since this is the LAST workout in Week 4 of Phase I, it’s time to put your strength to the test. Grab a couple pairs of dumbbells, one that maybe scares you a bit, the other you know you can confidently crush, and let’s do the damn thing. We will continue to progress the movements we mastered in weeks 1-3 as well as start to add in a bit more dynamic core + cardio work.
