And just like that you have made it to STRONG (STG/) II. In this phase, your body is more conditioned so we will be focusing on “overloading” our body to build lean muscle. That means, we will be increasing the volume as well as adding some bonus accessory work.

Just like in STG/ I, tempo training is all about the rhythm in which you move through an exercise. Your goal with Tempo is to really focus on your time under tension + controlled intensity.
