Ooooooweeee this one is spicy. In this phase, we will continue building off of our BURN format as we start to transition into our SWEAT format. This workout consists of two blocks. The first block is a 4 X 4 (4 exercises, 4 rounds) ay yi yi. The second block is our traditional BURN format which will be a 3 X 3 (3 exercises, 3 rounds). We have a TON of work to do in a short amount of time so lace up your boots and let’s get to WORK.
