BA-WA-GA / We have made it to the FINAL BA-WA-GA workout of STG/ II. You should be very afraid, lol. We are increasing the complexity of this workout by adding ankle weights, a resistance band AND light dumbbells. There will be an added upper body bonus which will serve as a nice distraction from the burning sensation in the lower body.

As a reminder, this is a low impact, HIGH energy workout that is incredible for sculpting and toning the lower body all while torching calories.
