Congratulations! You have made it to STG/ III / Perform. Now that we have established a new found strength, the goal is to realize an improved baseline. This workout has 3 components, all AMRAP style, and based on reps. The goal of this workout is to complete as many rounds as possible, with a sustained effort throughout each block. Rather than pushing yourself to an area of complete fatigue, try to find a sweet spot where you are working hard, but can sustain quality of movement throughout the workout.
