Slow Burn / This workout is going to teach you that strong comes ALL different formats. You don’t just have to lift really have sh*it to feel strong. This workout is going to make you feel SO strong by actually slowing down and being really disciplined through out each movement. We are going to take elements from STG/ I & II and try to level things up this phase by incorporating more barre inspired movements.
