FULL BODY FLOW / We have spent the last 8 weeks working on building our strength, endurance and confidence so now it’s time to PREFORM. We have 3 different blocks: the first block is lower body focused and gives you the opportunity to push your weight, the second block is all upper body focused and consists of a descending + ascending ladder and the third block is an 6 min AMRAP finisher.
