Burn baby BURN… This is an incredibly sneaky, short and spicy, BURN inspired workout. We have 4, superset, descending ladder, circuits. Get excited because sprawls are the theme for todays workout. There will be some variation of a sprawl in each circuit so listen to your body and push yourself if you can push or pace yourself if you need to pace.
