This is the FINAL tempo workout of STG/ and we can honestly say it’s our favorite tempo workout yet. This workout builds off of last weeks flow with added complexity and intensity. There are 3 components, all AMRAP style, and all based on reps, focused on the posterior chain, squat patterns and core strength. The goal of this workout is to complete as many reps/rounds as possible, with a sustained effort throughout each block. Rather than pushing yourself to an area of complete fatigue, try to find a sweet spot where you are working hard, but can sustain quality of movement throughout the workout.
