Slow Burn + Body Contour / Repeat after me, “your ego is not your amigo”. This is going to be so important to keep in mind throughout this workout because we are going to be reaching FAR past our comfort zone with this one. We have made it to our final sculpt workout of STG/ which means, we have saved the best for last. We are sticking with the same theme as last week which is all about tapping into those “body contour” muscles (think obliques, hips, butt and thighs). Have fun, leave your ego at the door, and make this your best Sculpt workout yet.
