FULL BODY FLOW / We have officially made it to our FINAL workout of STG/. This workout is an accumulation of everything you have learned in STG/. We are taking it allllll the way back to our first strength workout from STG/I. The first time we did this workout, it was an opportunity for us to identify where our baseline for the program was at. Now, 12 weeks later, we come back to this workout to see just how STRONG you have gotten.
