BURN / We should actually call this workout HIGH because the volume, your energy and hear rate will be HIGH the whole workout long. This workout builds off of our BURN workout from Wk 1 by slowly increasing the complexity of each movement as well as adding an “extra credit” finisher. As a reminder, this is an engine building + muscle endurance, STG/ foundation workout that focuses on high volume + high energy with an emphasis on controlled intensity.
