This workout truly sets the TEMPO for the week and our best advice is: pace yourself and have perspective. We have a BIG week of workouts ahead so your goal is to really focus on the intention and integrity of each exercise while continuing to level up with the foundational movement patterns. This posterior chain focused workout flows through 3 different blocks, and packs a ton of results, all in less than 45 minutes.
