This is by far the sweatiest, SWEAT workout yet. We are continuing to focus on our signature BURN style Sweat format. This workout continues to progress in the complexity of movement and overall challenge of the workout. This will be our last two weeks focusing on unilateral work and then we’ll start to transition to bilateral work. Two separate blocks each comprised of 5 exercises for 3 total sets. One minute at a time, for 30 minutes of total work!
