STG2.0 Phase II is here and it is all about growth. We have set the foundation over the past 8 weeks and now it is time to build muscle with our new found strength. TEMPO continues to build on the foundation we have set, but as we move further into bi lateral work, you should feel stronger and more able to handle the volume of the workout. If you feel up for it, now is the time to try out some heavier weights and continue to progress.
