This is an amazing, strength inspired, full body flow that works the body in ALL planes of motion. We start with a challenging, unilateral flow where we will be working with 2 dumbbells + a resistance band… YEOW! We then move to the HARDEST upper body series ever where you will 100% reach muscle failure. We finish with a bodyweight, ascending ladder that will serve as the cherry on top of the sundae.
