The only thing you truly have to focus on in this workout is YOU. This is a unique, full body strength inspired flow that will workout every square inch of your body. We will start with a banded glute activation warm up, move thru a gritty, lower + upper body EMOM block, move into a weighted core series and go out with a bang with a tried and true, sweat den finisher.

*Note- We had some camera issues towards the end of the core series but this didn’t stop us from getting a killer workout. We also took some time at the end of the workout to chat about STG X GRIT if you want to stick around and listen to that.
