As our intention moves towards building muscle, and focusing on improving our muscular endurance, and general conditioning baseline, you will notice a difference in the way this first workout of the phase hits. You will notice an increase in total volume, decrease in overall intensity, and new movement patterns to focus on. Have fun with these new workouts!
