BENCH BANGER / Come prepared to sweat and for your heart rate to climb with this full body, body weight, bench workout. In this workout we have 5 differnt blocks and in each block with will foucs on 3 exercises: 1 full range, 1 high intensity, then we will put the two together. We have an upper body / core finisher that will take this workout to the next level.
If you don’t have a bench, you are welcome to use a sturdy chair, step, ottoman, etc.
