Ooooooweeee this workout is unlike any other. This is an EMOM style workout where each minute consists of 1 controlled movement for 30 seconds, 1 higher intensity movement for 15 seconds, plus 15 seconds of rest. We have 4 different blocks and each block gets progressively more challenging. Just when you think it’s over, we have our Sweat Den Finisher which is well… humbling.
